Which login should my members use?

Members sign in at /members/login on your site, with the same email they used to join or buy. Your admin login is only for you and your team.

1. Send members to /members/login on your own site address.
2. They enter the email they used at checkout.
3. They sign in with their password, or click Email me a sign-in code instead to get a 6-digit code and a one-click link.
4. If they forgot their password, Forgot your password? lets them reset it themselves.

If this didn't work

• The code or reset email hasn't arrived. It can take a few minutes; ask them to check their spam folder before requesting another one.
• They're using a different email from the one they bought with. Ask them to sign in with the checkout email. On Studio and Creator you can also open their Member detail in Members and use Resend verification.

Never ask a member to send you their password, sign-in code or sign-in link. You don't need any of them to help.
