What the price includes
A published fee ceiling
Studio pays 3% on content sales, capped at $99.00/mo. The cap is in writing. Creator pays 0%. No surprise tiers when you grow.
Your own Stripe, not ours
Payments run through your Stripe account via Connect. Your customers, payout schedule and transaction history remain yours, even if you leave.
Own your business and leave anytime
Imports preserve consent: contacts who unsubscribed on your old platform arrive unsubscribed here and are never re-mailable by accident.
Agent-operable backend
Site setup and migration-import MCP tools are available on every plan. Creator adds advanced MCP tools, general API access and webhooks.

Past your included minutes, new playback pauses until next month, unless you choose in your billing settings to keep videos playing. Then the extra is billed at the current published rate (US$0.005 per GB, about US$0.12 per 1,000 extra minutes), plus card processing, up to a monthly limit you set. Embedded YouTube, Vimeo and Loom videos do not use your included video minutes.

Assumes $2,000/mo gross content sales ($1,000 in courses plus $1,000 in subscriptions) over 40 charges. Stripe processor fees (roughly 2.9% + $0.30 per charge, about $70 here) are paid directly to Stripe. Amounts shown in US dollars.

Switching from another platform
- Do my paid subscribers have to re-enter their cards?
- Often no for active Stripe subscriptions. Stripe can copy customers and payment methods into your Connect account; we re-create the plans with the same billing rhythm so people keep paying without a new checkout. One-time shoppers and non-Stripe platforms may still need a fresh card. We have an operator runbook for the full path.
- Who owns the payment relationship?
- You do. Facet uses Stripe Connect so the creator owns the Stripe customer relationship. Leaving Facet later is clean because we do not hold your subscribers' cards hostage.
