See my sales and what I've earned
Money overview totals your sales, fees, refunds and next payout; Sales lists every purchase.
Money overview gives you the totals for a date range, straight from Stripe; Sales shows each purchase on its own.
To check your totals:
- Open Monetize, then Money overview.
- Choose the From and To dates.
- Read Gross sales, Refunds, Stripe fees, Facet fee, Disputes and adjustments and Net. Net is what is left for your payouts.
- Check Next payout for the amount and date Stripe plans to pay you.
- Select Export transactions (CSV) to download the transactions for your bookkeeping.
To find one purchase, open Sales and search by buyer email. Each row shows the buyer, item, amount, status and date, with Refund where a refund is possible. For physical items, tick Only orders to ship, then Mark shipped to email the buyer.
If this didn't work
- The figures read Unknown: Facet couldn't reach Stripe, or Stripe isn't connected yet. Connect Stripe, or try again shortly.
- Facet says there are too many transactions to total: choose a shorter date range, or use your Stripe dashboard.
Money overview counts one currency. Sales in other currencies are noted below the totals but not added in.
