Read messages from my contact form
Add a contact form to your site, then read, mark and archive what visitors send in Contact form submissions.
Messages sent through your contact form land in Contact form submissions, and Facet also emails you about each one.
- Add a Contact Form section to your homepage or a Facet. In its settings you can add intro copy, a thank-you message and extra fields.
- Under Send inquiries to, enter where notification emails should go, or leave it blank to use your account's contact email.
- To read messages, open People, then Contact submissions.
- Each message shows the name, email, message, when it was Received and its Status: New, Read or Archived.
- Select Mark read or Archive to keep the list tidy.
If this didn't work
- No notification email arrived: check your account's contact email, or the Send inquiries to address on the form, and your spam folder. The message is still saved here even when the email doesn't arrive.
- No messages appear at all: check that a Contact Form section is on a published page of your site.
To reply, email the person from your own inbox using the address they gave.
