See everyone who subscribed, joined or bought
People gathers your audience in one place, and Customers shows one row per person with what they've spent.
Open People, then Customers: every subscriber, member and buyer appears once, with what they've spent and when they were last active.
- Open People in the sidebar. It links to everything about your audience: Customers, Members, Testimonials, Contact submissions and more.
- Select Customers.
- Use Search by email or name to find someone.
- Read the Identity badges: Subscriber (on your newsletter), Member (has a membership) and Buyer (has bought something). One person can have all three.
- Check Total spent, Purchases and Last activity. Results show 50 people per page.
If this didn't work
- Someone is missing: Customers lists people who subscribed, joined or bought. A visitor who only sent your contact form shows under Contact submissions instead.
- You can't open Customers: your role needs permission to view members. Ask the site owner.
Customers is a read-only overview. To change someone's membership, open Members; to manage newsletter subscribers, open Newsletter.
