Collect and approve testimonials
Send a request link, approve what comes back, and show approved testimonials on your homepage or Facets.
Create a request link, share it with clients or colleagues, then approve the testimonials they send before they appear on your site.
- Open People, then Testimonials, and choose Request Links.
- Select New Request Link. Add an internal Label, an optional Custom Message shown on the form, and optionally Expires At and Max Uses.
- To email it to one person, fill in Recipient Name and Recipient Email. Facet sends them the link.
- Select Create Link and copy it. The full link is shown only once; Get new link makes a fresh one.
- New testimonials arrive as Pending in Testimonials. Choose Approve or Reject.
- Show approved testimonials with the Testimonials section in Site Studio or in a Facet.
If this didn't work
- An approved testimonial isn't on my site: check its visibility is Public and that the Testimonials section is on and includes it. Facets with a List (auto-include) show approved testimonials from that list automatically.
- Someone says the link doesn't work: it may have expired or reached its max uses. Make a new link from Request Links.
Writers can verify their testimonial by email from the thank-you page. Verified ones show Verified via email in your list and a Verified badge on your site.
