What the Alerts page shows
Alerts lists uptime warnings about your site and lets you mark them as seen.
Alerts shows uptime warnings for your site: when it goes down, keeps going up and down, or comes back. Problems with Facet's servers are handled by the Facet team and don't appear here.
To check it:
- Open Alerts (search for "alerts" in your admin).
- Read the list under Unacknowledged. Each alert shows what happened and when.
- Select All Alerts or Acknowledged to see older ones.
- Select Acknowledge on an alert you've read, or Acknowledge All to clear your list.
- Check Scheduler Health: "All systems operational" means Facet's background checks are running.
Acknowledging only marks an alert as seen. It doesn't fix anything.
If this didn't work
- You see "Failed to load alerts.": select Retry. If it keeps failing, email us.
- Your site has a "Down" alert with no "Recovered" after it, or Scheduler Health says "Scheduler may be stalled": open your site in a private window to check it, then email us what you see.
