Connect Zapier, Make, n8n, ConvertKit or Mailchimp
Send new subscribers, buyers and students to ConvertKit or Mailchimp, or let Zapier, Make and n8n poll your site's events.
On Creator, open Integrations to send people to ConvertKit or Mailchimp, or to connect a polling tool such as Zapier, Make or n8n.
- Open Settings, then Integrations.
- To sync to an email tool, expand ConvertKit or Mailchimp and enter its API Key. For ConvertKit add a Form ID and optional Tag IDs; for Mailchimp add the Server Prefix (such as
us1) and List/Audience ID. - Select Save integration, then Test integration to check the connection. A test doesn't add or change anyone.
- For Zapier, Make or n8n, copy the Event feed URL under Polling automations — Zapier, n8n, Make and set your tool to poll it, using an API key from API Keys as a Bearer token.
If this didn't work
- The connection test fails: check the API key in the email tool, and for Mailchimp that the server prefix matches your account.
- Your automation gets refused: check that its API key is still active and includes Read access, and poll less often if it's checking every few seconds.
Once an email tool is active, Facet adds the person's email when someone subscribes, buys, enrolls in a course, finishes a course or sends a testimonial. For instant delivery to your own endpoint instead of polling, use Webhooks.
