What can my AI agent set up today?

A setup agent can propose your identity, theme, fonts, hero, navigation and homepage sections as a private draft you review in Site Studio.

A setup agent can propose changes to your site's identity, theme, fonts, hero, navigation and homepage sections; nothing goes live until you publish it yourself in Site Studio.

  1. Ask the agent to call get_site_setup first, then draft_site_setup with dry_run=true, and to show you the proposed changes.
  2. When you approve, it saves a private proposal that lasts seven days and reads it back with get_site_setup_draft.
  3. Open the review link it gives you, or find the proposal under Your agent’s private proposal in AI agent setup, and select Review proposal in Site Studio.
  4. In Site Studio, choose Recover changes, check the changes, preview them, and publish when you're happy.
  5. Delete proposals you don't want from the setup panel. Reviewing a proposal doesn't delete it.

If this didn't work

  • "This browser already has a Site Studio draft": open Site Studio, recover or discard that work first, then come back to the proposal. Existing browser drafts are never overwritten.
  • The agent says it hit the limit: you have a 20-proposal allowance across all your setup keys, counting proposals that haven't expired. Delete proposals you no longer need to free space.

If a save comes back unclear, the agent must retry with the same request_id, not a fresh one. A setup connection has no publish, media upload, custom CSS or community tier and space tools. To migrate content from another platform, use Import, which has its own key.
