See who visits my site

Use Facet's built-in Analytics for views and top referrers, or add Google Analytics with your measurement ID.

Facet counts your traffic for you on the Analytics page, and you can also send visits to your own Google Analytics.

To check Facet's numbers:

  1. Open Analytics from the sidebar.
  2. Pick a Date range (7, 30 or 90 days) and a Content type: Facets, podcasts, funnels or courses, or all content.
  3. Read What happened for totals, choose a total to chart it over time, and see Results by content and Top Referrers below.
  4. Select Export CSV to download the figures.

To add Google Analytics:

  1. Open Settings, then Site Settings, then Analytics.
  2. Enter your GA4 Measurement ID (it looks like G-XXXXXXXXXX). It saves when you leave the field.
  3. Check your public site and your Google Analytics account. Google Analytics loads only on public pages, never in your admin.

If this didn't work

  • The numbers look low or empty: try a longer date range or another content type. Days are counted in UTC, so today's figures may sit on a different day than you expect. Top Referrers shows only for all content or Facets.
  • I can't see Top Countries: countries are part of advanced analytics on Studio and Creator.

For Plausible, Fathom or another tool, paste its script into Head HTML under Custom scripts & integrations (Studio and Creator).
