Let an AI agent migrate my old platform for me
Mint an import-only migration key, give your agent the config and starter prompt, and approve each import after its preview.
Yes, on every plan: mint a migration key under Migrate with AI and hand your agent your export files; it previews everything and waits for your go-ahead.
- Open Settings, then Import your work, and scroll to Migrate with AI.
- Select Mint migration key, then Copy key. It's shown only once.
- Select Copy config and paste the access details into Claude Code, Claude Desktop or any AI agent that can make web requests.
- Select Copy prompt and give your agent the starter prompt along with your export files.
- The agent previews each import and shows you its report. Confirm only the ones you're happy with.
- When the migration is done, select Revoke key.
If this didn't work
- "Could not mint the migration key": check your connection and that you're signed in with permission to manage content, courses and members, then try again.
- The agent says something is wrong after an import: open Import history, read the Import report, and Roll back that import if needed.
The key is scoped to imports only (write:imports): it can't touch your sales, newsletter or settings. The agent works from recipes for Kajabi, Substack, Ghost, WordPress and generic CSV files.
