Review imported projects before they go on my site
A GitHub repository import arrives as a proposal you approve, review field by field, or reject.
When you import a GitHub repository as a project, Facet doesn't add it straight away: it waits as a proposal on Import Proposals until you decide.
- Open the Import Proposals page. Each pending proposal shows whether it's a New project or an Update, and if it was AI Enhanced.
- Select Approve to apply everything as proposed.
- Or select Review to go field by field: Apply the fields you want, then Apply Selected Changes, or Apply All.
- Select Reject to discard a proposal. This can't be undone.
- Open the project in Projects and check its status and access before you share it.
If this didn't work
- The list is empty: there's nothing pending. Proposals appear after you import a repository from Content > Import & AI, which takes you straight to its review.
- "Failed to approve": try again. If it keeps failing, your role may not allow editing content or settings; the site owner can check it.
