Move from Kajabi, Teachable, Podia, Thinkific or LearnWorlds
Bring over your subscribers, give students access to their courses, rebuild course content and invite everyone to sign in.
Pick your old platform under Switching from another platform? and follow its four steps: subscribers, enrollments, course content, then a claim invite.
- Open Settings, then Import your work, and choose Your old platform. Facet shows where to find each export on that platform.
- Import subscribers: upload the people export. These platforms don't say who agreed to marketing email, so tick the confirmation only for people who did. Preview, then select Import now.
- Import enrollments: upload the student export and select Preview import. If the file doesn't name courses (Teachable and Podia exports, or one file per course), choose the course. Then select Enroll # students (with your count) to give each student free access. Nobody is charged, no email is sent and students aren't added to your newsletter.
- Rebuild a course: these platforms can't export course content. Select Download the manifest template, fill in modules, lessons, content and video links, enter a Course title, and upload it. Videos from links are copied into your library in the background.
- Under Invite migrated members to claim their accounts, upload your members' emails and select Send claim invitations.
If this didn't work
- "We could not find an email column": choose which column holds emails under Match your columns or Change columns, then preview again.
- Courses show under Courses we could not match: pick the Facet course each one should become, or Leave out, then preview again.
Where the exports live: Kajabi, Contacts then Bulk actions and Export; Teachable, Users then Export CSV; Podia, Audience then Actions and Export (per course: the course's Export customers); Thinkific, Users then Export, or the Progress report; LearnWorlds, Users, All users, Export users report. Passwords, learning progress, certificates and saved payment methods don't transfer. Short on time? Give us temporary support access and we'll run the import with you.
