Sell 1:1 coaching sessions

Create a coaching package with a price and your weekly hours; buyers pay once, then book each session themselves from your free times.

1. Open Coaching and click New package. Start from a template or Start from scratch.
2. Fill in Title, Description, Minutes per session, Sessions in package, Price, Currency, Time zone and Meeting link.
3. Set Cancel cutoff (hours): members can cancel or reschedule until that many hours before a session, and a cancelled session goes back to them to rebook.
4. Click Save draft.
5. Click Manage on the package. Under Availability, click Add weekly hours for each block of time and Add blocked date for days off, then click Save availability.
6. Click Edit on the package, then Publish. Bookings open once the package is published.
7. Under Booked sessions, mark each one Completed, No-show or Cancel, and keep a private Coach note.

Members get a reminder email a day before and an hour before each session, with the meeting link and a calendar file. These reminders count toward your monthly email sends.

If this didn't work

• Buyers see no times to book. Check that weekly hours are saved under Availability and the package is published.
• Nobody can buy the package. Coaching is paid through your own Stripe account, so connect it in Stripe Connect first.
