What we pledge
Prices only move when costs do
The only thing that can raise a Facet price is our own infrastructure costs — hosting, email, video delivery — rising underneath us. We will never raise your price to juice margins.
Active subscriptions get generous notice
If costs ever force a change, existing subscribers hear about it well in advance and keep their current price for a generous transition period. No surprise line items.
No email ransom
Newsletter tools ship on every plan — email is never a paid add-on. Subscriber and send caps are plain published numbers on the pricing page, with no hidden multipliers or counting games.
Fees with a ceiling
Starter and Creator take 0% of your content sales. Studio takes 3%, capped at a published monthly maximum. The full fee table lives on the pricing page, in your currency.
That's the whole pledge. We'd rather promise exactly what we can keep than write a check the infrastructure bill can't cash.
