Assumes a creator selling $1,000/mo in courses plus $1,000/mo in paid subscriptions ($2,000/mo gross). Stripe processor fees (roughly 2.9% + $0.30) are counted equally against every platform.

Stripe processor fees are paid directly to Stripe and are outside any platform's control.
Switching from another platform
- Do my paid subscribers have to re-enter their cards?
- Often no for active Stripe subscriptions. Stripe can copy customers and payment methods into your Connect account; we re-create the plans with the same billing rhythm so people keep paying without a new checkout. One-time shoppers and non-Stripe platforms may still need a fresh card. We have an operator runbook for the full path.
- Who owns the payment relationship?
- You do. Facet uses Stripe Connect so the creator owns the Stripe customer relationship. Leaving Facet later is clean — we do not hold your subscribers' cards hostage.
