Is it safe to move to something new?

Your customers stay yours

Sales run through your own Stripe account, so buyers and subscriptions live there, not with us. Already selling through your own Stripe? Connect it and adopt your active subscriptions; their billing carries on.

A price you can plan around

Plan prices rise only with inflation, at most once a year, with 60 days' notice. It's a written pledge, with a public record of every price change.

A way out, always

Export your subscriber list as a CSV whenever you like, keep your domain, and cancel any time. Students are unlimited on every plan.

Straight answers

Will you move my content for me?
No. Facet is run by a very small team, so moving is self-serve: posts from Substack, Ghost and WordPress, subscriber lists from Kit, Mailchimp, Kajabi, Teachable and more, and courses from a simple manifest. Every import dry-runs first, lands as drafts where appropriate and can be rolled back.
Will my price jump next year?
Plan prices rise only to keep up with inflation, never to improve margins: at most once a year, never by more than your currency's consumer price index, with 60 days' notice and a free exit before the new price starts.
What if I want to leave?
Your customers and their subscriptions already live in your own Stripe account, and disconnecting doesn't touch them. Export your subscriber list as a CSV whenever you like, point your domain anywhere, and cancel any time.
How does the free trial work?
30 days on any plan, with a card on file. Nothing is charged until the trial ends; cancel before then and you pay nothing.
