Fair use of unlimited features

Unlimited sends, subscribers, and content are subject to fair use. Accounts whose usage materially exceeds the median of their tier may be throttled or required to upgrade. We will contact you before any action.

Abuse vectors — including spam, fake or purchased subscribers, scraped lists, and automated list inflation — are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension without notice.

Content policy

You agree not to use Facet Cloud to host, publish, or transmit content that:

• Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
• Promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm against any group or individual
• Involves the exploitation or endangerment of minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware, phishing, or security exploits
• Violates privacy or publicity rights of any person
• Violates applicable law

Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, throttling, account suspension, or permanent termination without refund, at Facet Cloud's sole discretion. See Terms of Service §4–5 for the full enforcement language.
