Facet Cloud is built and run by Jed and Hannah, a husband and wife team. There is no support queue nobody reads and no roadmap decided by committee. Just two people who are accountable for what you use.
Why we built this
We got tired of watching creators duct-tape together five different tools to sell one course: a page builder here, a payment processor there, an email tool bolted on with something else in between. Facet Cloud exists to be the one tool that actually holds together. Your site, your content, your members, and your money, in one place, owned by you.
What we build for
You own it
Your domain, your Stripe account, your subscriber list. Nothing about your business lives in a system you cannot leave.
Small and accountable
Every decision about this product is made by two people you can actually reach. If something is wrong, we know because you told us, and we are the ones who fix it.
Boring is a feature
We would rather ship fewer things that work reliably than a long feature list that breaks under real use. Your site staying up matters more to us than shipping fast.
Honest by default
Pricing, fees, and limits are published, not hidden behind a sales call. If something is not built yet, we say so instead of promising it is coming soon.
What support actually means here
There is no call center and no team of contractors reading your messages. When you write to support, a real person, Jed or Hannah, reads it. We do not run live chat, and we do not promise a reply within a set number of hours, because we would rather tell you the truth about how much time two people have than make a promise we cannot keep. What we do promise is that your message will not disappear into an automated queue. It gets read by someone who understands the product, because they built it.
